Dr. Tsvasman's role is source-level: research, conceptual direction, framework integrity, supervision, high-level orientation, and authorship. This is not a collective, a DAO, a community project, or a platform feature. Authority is singular and explicit.

The Non-Extraction Principle

The framework is not modular terminology to be extracted. It is an interdependent architecture that requires living orientation capacity to remain correctly related under pressure. Where that generative logic is still new, still ahead of the dominant discourse, and still vulnerable to institutional absorption, the source is not optional. The source is the only place where the architecture remains whole.

The Admissibility Architecture

Every system, policy, decision, or institutional integration that enters this field is tested against seven structural invariants. These are not ethical principles. They are pass/fail gates.

I. Human Integrity
Does this preserve the coherence of human judgment, responsibility, and answerability?
II. Authority
Is the authority explicit, bounded, attributable, and intelligible?
III. Interruptibility
Can execution be halted, suspended, challenged, or reversed — in reality, not merely in theory?
IV. Traceability
Can the path from input to relevance assignment to consequential output be reconstructed?
V. Legitimacy
Is this defensible beyond utility — does it align with the institution's actual burden of responsibility?
VI. Orientation
Does this strengthen discernment under complexity rather than merely accelerate reaction?
VII. Becoming
What kinds of human conduct, institutional culture, and future subjectivity does this make more likely?

Intellectual Foundations

The invariants rest on a disciplinary substrate that cannot be reduced to any single tradition. Five interdependent fields constitute the source architecture:

Sapiognosis
Orientation under complexity — the disciplined capacity to distinguish what counts, what follows, and what may enter consequence when information becomes abundant.
Sapiopoiesis
Subject-becoming — the cultural process through which subject-autonomy becomes generative and human becoming acquires structural support.
Sapiocracy
Institutional order architecture — translates orientation into order, subject-autonomy into enabling architecture, and integrity into criteria of legitimacy.
Infosomatics
The human as an architecture of coherence — information as difference that matters for the viability of a living, perceiving, context-bound subject.
Ontocybernetics
The relation between observation, system, subject, consequence, and reality — asks under which conditions an observation may become consequential.

Lineage

The framework operates within the intellectual genealogy of von Foerster (observing systems), Maturana and Varela (autopoiesis, structural coupling), Bateson (mind as pattern in relation), Simondon (individuation), Whitehead (process and becoming), and Rosen (anticipatory systems). It joins these lines to AI, infrastructural design, and subject-autonomy under AI-native conditions.

What This Is Not

These are not marketing differentiators. They are ontological boundary markers that prevent the institution from being absorbed into the very regimes it was built to exceed.

Not Consulting
It does not advise within existing frames. It tests whether the frame is admissible. The authority derives from the architecture's capacity to clarify — not from the client's commission.
Not AI Ethics
It does not add ethical reflection after systems are built. It operates where relevance is formed before deployment. The question is constitutional, not behavioural.
Not Compliance
It does not codify what systems already normalized. It asks whether normalization was admissible. Judgement asks whether it is admissible. Permission is legal. Admissibility is civilizational.
Not a Product
It cannot be extracted from its source architecture, purchased, and consumed without requiring the buyer to enter the generative logic from which it emerged. It is a civilizational enabling infrastructure.
